インスタンスタイプのメモリ容量には、RDS 管理サービス、データベースサービス、および基盤となるオペレーティングシステム (BIOS によって予約されているメモリ、カーネルメモリ、ハイパーバイザーのランタイムメモリなど) によって使用されるメモリが含まれます。そのため、利用可能なメモリはインスタンスタイプのメモリ容量よりも少なくなります。
クラウドディスクを使用する RDS SQL Server インスタンスは、Elastic Compute Service (ECS) 上に構築されています。インスタンスによって異なる ECS インスタンスファミリーを使用するため、パフォーマンスは異なります。
Standard Edition Basic シリーズインスタンスは、中国以外のリージョンでのみサポートされています。
