Flow lets you organize your pipelines into groups. You can also set role-based permissions on these groups, which simplifies pipeline management across your organization.
Pipeline groups
You can create multiple pipeline groups and move your organization's pipelines into them to simplify management.
In the left navigation pane, you can see all groups under the Grouped section, such as Group 1, Group 2, Ungrouped, and System. When you click a group, its list of pipelines appears in the main content area on the right.
You can create, edit, and delete groups. By default, organization owners and administrators have management permissions.
An administrator can go to global settings > role settings, select a role, and then select All permissions under pipeline group management.
Group permissions
You can set permissions for members and departments at the pipeline group level:
-
When you assign a role to a member for a specific group, all pipelines within that group automatically inherit those permissions.
-
Members granted the All permissions role can also manage the group, which includes adding other members or pipelines.
In the group's member list, you can assign one of the following roles to each member: All permissions, Run, or View-only.
