You can request a refund for an Alibaba Cloud DevOps instance by submitting a ticket.
Refund method
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud ticket system with the account that purchased the instance and submit a ticket with the instance ID.
On the ticket submission page, select the product and proceed to the problem description step. In the Current Issue drop-down list, select the inquiry type (such as Alibaba Cloud DevOps Flow Product Feature and Usage Inquiry), select the Case Severity, enter the Problem Description (limited to 500 characters), confirm the Contact Information, and click Submit.
You can find the instance ID on the Orders page in the Expenses and Costs console.
On the Product Orders tab, find the relevant order and copy the instance ID from the Asset/Resource Instance ID column.
