Elastic Desktop Service:QQ integration

You can integrate your Agent with QQ through Quick pairing (scan-and-go, no app creation required) or by linking an existing bot.

Prerequisites

  • An Agent has been created in the Agent Management Center.

Channel configuration

  1. Go to the Agent Management Center.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, select your Agent type, such as JVS Computer.

  3. Click Channel Configuration.

  4. In the Actions column of the target Agent, click View/Configure Channel.

  5. On the QQ card, click Configure Now.

On the page that appears, choose one of the following methods to complete the integration:

Express Pairing

Note
  • The Hermes Agent type is not supported. Use Associate Existing Robot instead.

  • Requires a cloud computer image version of Windows 3.2.18 or later, or Linux 3.0.10 or later. Restart your cloud computer to apply updates.

  1. Click Send Now. The system sends an SMS or email with an access link to the authorized user.

  2. The authorized user opens the binding page through the link in the SMS or email to obtain a QR code. You can also obtain this link directly from the console.

  3. Use QQ to scan the QR code to complete bot binding.

  4. Send a message to the bot in QQ to verify the integration.

Note

If a bot is already bound, scanning the QR code will replace it.

Associate Existing Robot

Create a QQ bot

  1. Go to the QQ Open Platform.

  2. Under Quickly build an AI personal QQ assistant, click Get Started.

  3. Scan the QR code to sign in to your QQ account.

  4. Click Create Bot, and save the bot's AppID and AppSecret.

Enter credentials to complete linking

  1. In the Agent Management Center, enter the QQ bot's AppID and AppSecret, and then click OK.

  2. Send a message to the bot in QQ to verify the integration.
