What cloud computer specifications are available, and how is pricing determined?
Cloud computer specifications define the compute resources (vCPU, memory, and GPU) allocated to a cloud computer. EDS Enterprise Edition offers multiple specification families for different use cases, including Enterprise Office, High-frequency Office, Graphics Workstation Basic, Graphics Workstation Standard, and Graphics Workstation Enhanced. Each family includes one or more configurations with different vCPU, memory, and GPU memory combinations. Pricing varies by region, specification, and active promotions. For list prices, visit the pricing page.
In addition to compute resources, storage resources (system disks and data disks) also incur fees. EDS Enterprise Edition also offers optional value-added services. For more information, see Billing overview.

How is a cloud computer billed after shutdown or hibernation?
The billing impact of shutdown or hibernation depends on your purchase method:
Pay-as-you-go: After shutdown or hibernation, resources are billed as follows:
Compute (vCPU, memory, GPU): Fees stop after shutdown or hibernation.
Storage (system disk, data disk): Billed hourly from creation to release, regardless of whether the cloud computer is running. To stop storage billing, release the cloud computer or its disks.
Basic bandwidth: Free; does not incur data transfer fees.
Monthly subscription (unlimited hours): Compute and storage resources continue to be billed after shutdown, because the subscription is prepaid for a fixed duration.
Monthly subscription (limited hours, such as 120 or 250 hours per month): Monthly available hours are not consumed while the cloud computer is shut down or hibernated. Shut down or hibernate cloud computers when not in use to save available hours. After the monthly hours are used up, continued use incurs additional pay-as-you-go charges, which stop when you shut down the cloud computer.
Can I still use cloud computers if my account has an overdue payment?
If the total balance of your account, including coupons, is less than the amount due, the system will mark your account as having an overdue payment.
An overdue payment does not affect monthly subscription (prepaid) cloud computers, but does affect pay-as-you-go (postpaid) cloud computers.
You can go to the User Center to view overdue payments.
If your account has an overdue payment, your cloud computer enters the Expired state. Your data is retained, but the cloud computer becomes unusable. You cannot start, stop, restart, or connect to the cloud computer. To resume using the service, you must top up your account within 30 days of expiration. Otherwise, starting from the 31st day, the system automatically releases the cloud computer's resources.
Once a cloud computer is released, its data and snapshots are deleted and cannot be recovered.
If an overdue payment causes an AD Connector to become unavailable, all cloud computers in the associated office network will also become unavailable.
Will I be notified when my account balance is low?
Your account is considered overdue when your available balance (including account balance, coupons, and other credits) falls below the amount of your pending bills.
Notification rules:
Low balance alert
For pay-as-you-go cloud computers, fees are settled hourly on the hour (UTC+8). After each settlement cycle, if your available balance falls below your configured alert threshold, you receive a low balance email notification.
Cloud computer release notification
When a cloud computer is released due to expiration or an overdue payment, Alibaba Cloud sends you an email notification.
How do I unsubscribe from a subscription-based premium bandwidth plan?
Subscription-based premium bandwidth plans do not currently support unsubscription.
