VPN Gateway:View SSL-VPN connection logs

View logs for SSL Servers and SSL Clients to troubleshoot ssl-vpn connection issues.

Background

The system retains logs for both SSL Servers and SSL Clients for up to six months. Each log query can cover a time range of up to 10 minutes.

View SSL Server logs

  1. Log on to the VPN Gateway console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, choose Interconnections > VPN > SSL Servers.

  3. In the top navigation bar, select the region of the SSL server.
  4. On the SSL Servers page, find the desired SSL Server and in the Actions column, click View Logs.

  5. In the SSL-VPN Connection Logs panel, specify a time range and view the logs.

View SSL Client logs

  1. Log on to the VPN Gateway console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Interconnections > VPN > SSL Clients.

  3. In the top navigation bar, select the region of the SSL client.
  4. On the SSL Clients page, find the desired ssl client certificate and click View Logs in the Actions column.

  5. In the SSL-VPN Client Logs panel, specify a time range and view the logs.
