After the qualification of an enterprise is approved, the enterprise can apply for voice templates and text-to-speech (TTS) templates. This topic describes how to create an enterprise qualification.
Procedure
Log on to the VMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Qualification Management.
Click Create Qualification and enter the qualification information as prompted.

Country/Region
The country or region where the phone number that you want to apply for is registered.
Full Name
The name of the enterprise that uses the phone number.
ImportantThe enterprise name must be the same as that on the business license.
Enterprise Code
The enterprise code on the business license.
Address
The enterprise address on the business license.
Business License
Scan or take photos of the original business license or a copy stamped with the official seal. Then, upload the images as required.
Name of Legal Entity
The name of the legal entity on the business license.
ID Card Number of Legal Entity
The ID card number of the legal entity on the business license.
ID Card of Legal Entity
Upload the front and back copies of the ID card of the legal entity on the business license.
Contact Information
Contact Name
Enter the name of the contact person who applies for qualification verification.
Contact Phone Number
Enter the phone number of the contact person who applies for qualification verification.
Email
Enter the email of the contact person who applies for qualification verification.
Click Submit Application.
After you submit a qualification verification application, the application will be verified within one business day. You can view the verification progress on the Qualification Management page. After the qualification passes the verification, you can purchase phone numbers.
