Voice Service:Qualification management

Procedure

1. Log on to the VS console.

2. In the left navigation pane, click Qualification Management.

3. Click Create Qualification and configure the following parameters.

   Configuration item	Parameter	Description
   Enterprise Information	Country/Region	Country or region where the phone number you want to apply for is registered.
   	Full Name	Name of the enterprise using the phone number. Important Must match the name on the business license.
   	Enterprise Code	Enterprise code on the business license.
   	Address	Enterprise address on the business license.
   	Business License	Upload scanned images or photos of the original business license, or a copy stamped with the official seal.
   	Name of Legal Entity	Legal entity name on the business license.
   	ID Card Number of Legal Entity	ID card number of the legal entity on the business license.
   	ID Card of Legal Entity	Upload front and back images of the ID card of the legal entity on the business license.
   Contact Information	Contact Name	Name of the contact person for this application.
   	Contact Phone Number	Phone number of the contact person.
   	Email	Email address of the contact person.

4. Click Submit Application.

   Your application is reviewed within one business day. Check the review progress on the Qualification Management page. After approval, you can purchase phone numbers.
