Voice Service:Number application

Once your business qualification is approved, you can apply for numbers in the console.

Apply for numbers

  1. Log on to the Voice Service console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, choose Number Management. Then, click Apply for Number.

  3. Fill out the application form.

    Description Name

    Enter a remark for this application.

    Country/Region of Numbers

    Select the number's country or region.

    Number Type

    Select the type of number.

    • Fixed: A landline number.

    • Mobile: A mobile phone number.

    • Toll-free: A toll-free number.

      Note

      Inbound calls are not supported for toll-free numbers.

    Number Usage

    Select the call scope. Valid values:

    • National Call

    • Local Call

    Call Destination Country/Region

    Select one or more destination countries or regions for calls.

    Call Type

    Select the call type. Valid values:

    • Inbound Call

    • Inbound and Outbound Call

    Requested Quantity

    Enter how many numbers you need.

    Expected Activation Date

    Select your desired delivery date for the number.

    Note

    Time zone: UTC+8.

    Due to processing periods with international carriers, we recommend choosing a date at least 15 business days from now. This prevents your request from being automatically closed if the delivery cannot be completed in time.

    Monthly Estimation

    Inbound Call

    Enter your estimated monthly inbound usage.

    Outbound Call

    Enter your estimated monthly outbound usage.

    Estimated Total Concurrency

    Enter your estimated total concurrency.

    Subscription Period

    Select the contract period.

    Contact Information

    Contact Name

    Enter the name of the contact person.

    Contact Number

    Enter the phone number of the contact person.

    Qualification Document

    Qualification Document

    Select your approved qualification document.

  4. Click Submit Application.

    After submission, your application enters the review process.

    Important
    • A preliminary review of your application is completed within one business day. If your application passes this review, the number is provisioned within 15 business days.

    • Due to limited inventory, numbers may not be available even if your application passes the preliminary review. Final provisioning depends on number availability.
