After your enterprise qualification passes the verification, you can apply for and purchase phone numbers in the Voice Messaging Service (VMS) console.
Procedure
Log on to the VMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Number Management.
On the Number Management page, click Apply for Number.
On the page that appears, enter the phone number application information as prompted.

Description Name
The name of the phone number application form.
Country/Region of Numbers
The country or region where the requested number is registered.
Number Type
The phone number type. Valid values:
Fixed: a landline number.
Mobile: a mobile phone number
Toll-free: a toll-free number.
Number Usage
The service type of the phone number. Valid values:
International Call
Local Call
Call Destination Country/Region
The destination countries or regions for calls. You can select multiple countries or regions at a time.
Call Type
The call type. Valid values:
Inbound Call
Outbound Call
Inbound and Outbound Call
NoteIf the Number Type parameter is set to Toll-free, inbound calls are not supported.
Requested Quantity
The quantity of phone numbers that you require.
Monthly Estimation
Inbound Call
The estimated monthly inbound calls.
Outbound Call
The estimated monthly outbound calls.
Estimated Total Concurrency
The estimated concurrent inbound calls in total.
Subscription Period
The subscription period of the phone numbers.
Contact Information
Contact Name
The name of the contact.
Contact Number
The phone number of the contact.
Upload Qualification Documents
Certificate of Enterprise Registration
Upload the enterprise credit rating certificate of your enterprise.
Certificate of Authorizer
Upload the identity documents of the authorizer.
Click Submit Application.
After you submit the phone number application, it is pending for approval.
ImportantAlibaba Cloud will approve your application within one working day. After your application is approved, Alibaba Cloud will complete the phone number application for you within 15 working days.
Due to the shortage of phone number resources, no phone number may be available even if your application is approved. You can check the phone numbers that are assigned to you in the console.
