The content of a voice template is the audio content that an end user hears when the end user answers a call. This topic describes how to create a text-to-speech (TTS) template in the Voice Service (VS) console.
Procedure
Log on to the VS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the TTS Template tab, click Add TTS Template.
On the page that appears, enter the template information as prompted and click OK.
After the voice template is created, it is pending for approval.
Template approval
The approval of the voice template is expected to be completed within 2 hours. After the template is approved, you can obtain the template ID on the TTS Template tab. You can view the rejection reason in the Status column.
The approval of templates is carried out from 09:00 to 23:00 (UTC+8) every day, excluding statutory holidays.
