DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number

Direct Inward Dialing (DID) is a telephone service that connects inbound callers directly with a specific user or phone within a company's phone system.

It is typically displayed on corporate websites, allowing customers to call an inquiry hotline for product inquiries, usage guidance, and more. It is used for advertising and marketing, and telemarketing.

Voice notification

VS initiates a call to a specified phone number by calling the corresponding API. After the call is answered, a specified audio is played. Text-to-speech (TTS) audios and recordings are supported.

Compared with SMS notifications, voice notifications provide multiple notification methods to notify users in a timely manner.

It is commonly used in scenarios such as order reminders, risk notifications, fault reminders, delivery services, and refund reminders.

Voice verification code

VS initiates a call to a specified phone number by calling the corresponding API. After the call is answered, an audio that contains the voice verification code is played.

Compared with SMS verification codes, voice verification codes reach users more quickly and can be used to prevent brushing.

It is commonly used in security verification scenarios such as sending verification codes.

Voice group call

You can use the voice group call feature to make a voice call to multiple users at one time and play back messages based on the voice templates.
