Why can't I find my recent order on the My Orders page?
Your order might be for a resource plan. On the My Orders page, switch to the Resource Plan Orders tab to find the order.

How do I view the discount and payment details for an order?
On the My Orders page, find the target order, and click Details in the Actions column to view the order details.
What should I do if a payment times out during checkout?
On the My Orders page of the Expenses and Costs console, filter for Unpaid orders in the Order Status column and click Pay to complete the payment.
My order status is 'Unpaid' even after I paid. What should I do?
If you topped up your account balance, you must use the balance to pay for the order.
When is an unpaid order automatically canceled?
On the My Orders page, find the target order and click Details in the Actions column to view the automatic cancellation time.

Can a canceled order be restored?
No, a canceled order cannot be restored. If you still need the product or service, you must create a new order.
How are orders canceled?
Orders may be canceled for the following reasons:
Customers can manually cancel unpaid orders.
Automatic cancellation: The system automatically cancels an order if it is not paid before the deadline.
The payment deadline varies by product. To find the deadline for a specific order, go to the My Orders list, click the order details, and check the payment timeout on the details page.
