Why is my new order not visible on the default Orders page?
The order might be for a data plan, which is listed on a separate tab.
Go to the My Order page.
Switch to the Orders for Data Plans tab to find your order.
How can I view the discount and payment channel details for an order?
You can find this information on the order's details page.
Go to the My Order page.
Find the desired order in the list.
Click View Details in the Actions column.
How do I complete a payment that timed out during checkout?
You can re-initiate the payment from the Orders page.
Navigate to the My Order page.
Filter the order list to show orders with the Pending Payment status.
Locate the timed-out order and click Pay to complete the transaction.
Why is my order still "Pending Payment" after I added funds to my account?
Adding funds to your account balance does not automatically pay for an outstanding order. You must explicitly use that balance to pay for the order.
To resolve this, find the order on the My Order page and complete the payment using your available account balance.
How can I determine the automatic cancellation deadline for an order in "Pending Payment" status?
The cancellation deadline is displayed on the order's details page.
Go to the My Order page.
Find the specific unpaid order.
Click Order Details in the Actions column to see when the order is scheduled for automatic cancellation.
Is it possible to restore an order that has been canceled?
No, a canceled order cannot be restored. If you still need the product or service, you must create a new order.
What causes an order to be canceled?
An order is typically canceled for one of two reasons:
Manual Cancellation: You manually cancel an order while it has a Pending Payment status.
Automatic Cancellation: The system automatically cancels an order if it is not paid for before the payment deadline expires.
The payment deadline varies by product. To find the specific deadline for an unpaid order, navigate to the My Order page and click View Details for that order.
