Alibaba Cloud will adjust the notification frequency and rules for the [Available Credit Alert] and [Account Overdue Alert] starting from April 3rd, 2025.
Available Credit Alert
Scope: All Alibaba Cloud credit limit customers.
Adjustments:
The Previous Rules | The New Rules |
A one-time alert will be triggered once the available credit balance falls below the threshold. | After the available credit balance drops below the threshold, the system will send one daily notification for up to 5 consecutive days. Notifications will stop if the balance recovers above the threshold during this period. |
Account Overdue Alert
Scope: All Alibaba Cloud customers.
Adjustments:
The Previous Rules | The New Rules |
A one-time alert will be triggered once the customer has an uncleared bill. | After an account enters overdue status, one daily notification will be sent for up to 5 consecutive days. Notifications will stop immediately if the overdue amount is settled. |
