    Expenses and Costs:View online agreements

    Online agreements govern product use, platform rules, and privacy protection between you and Alibaba Cloud. Search by agreement name, type, or signing record ID.

    View an agreement

    1. Log on to Expenses and Costs.

    2. In the navigation pane, choose Contract > Online Terms.

    3. On the page, enter an Agreement Name, select an Agreement Type, or enter a Record ID for Signing, and then click Search. Agreement types include product agreements, platform legal documents, and privacy policies.

    4. In the Actions column, click Latest Version to view agreement details.

    5. In the Signed Document column, click Download to download your signed agreement.

      Note

      RAM users cannot download agreement files. To grant a RAM user download access, the primary Alibaba Cloud account must grant the AdministratorAccess permission to that user.
