Bill details

Details: you can view detailed information of your bills, including the billing items, usage information, prices, and amount deducted by resource packages. Scenarios:

  • Individual users can view detailed information of bills under the current account for a specific month, and export the statistics.

  • Enterprise users can view detailed information of bills under the current account and its linked accounts for a specific month, and export the statistics. They can also filter bills by billing item or instance.

1. Bill details list description

The bill details list shows detailed information of bills under the current account and its linked accounts. By default, only bills incurred in the current month are displayed. You can customize the columns to be shown in the bill details list. Pages can only browse 500 pages of data, all data need to be downloaded

  7. Payment Time: the time when the subscription payment was settled or the start and end time of the Pay-As-You-Go bill.

Note: By default, bills are listed by time in descending order.

  1. By default, the chart shows the payment history in the previous six months by product.

  • Each bar in the chart represents a month.

  • The chart lists up to nine products with the largest pretax amounts. The remaining products are included in ‘Others’.

  • You can move the pointer over a bar to view the payment of each product for a specific month.

2. Bill details list functions

[1] Filter conditions:

  • Date: you can use the calendar component to filter bills by month. By default, the current month is selected. You can select any of the previous 12 months.

  • Order/Statement Number: enter an order or statement number to filter bills.

  • Instance ID/Instance Name: enter an instance ID or instance name to filter bills.

  • Resource Group: select a resource group to filter bills.

  • Cost Center: by default, all cost centers are selected. You can select a cost center to filter bills.

  • Account: by default, all accounts are selected. You can select a linked account to filter bills.

  • Product: by default, bills of all products purchased using the current account and its linked accounts are displayed.

  • Billing Method: By default, both Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go are selected.

[2] Customize Column Options: in the Customize Column Options dialog box, you can select the columns to be shown in the bill details list. The bill details list will be updated immediately. For more information, see Bill overview.

[3] Export bills

  • Current List: export the bills shown in the current list.

  • All: export bills incurred within a specific period of time (up to six months). Only bills incurred in the previous 12 months are available.

  • To export bills incurred for more than 12 months, you must contact the customer manager to export the bills for you.

[4] View statistics

  • Statistic Item: you can filter bills by billing item, instance, account, or cost center.

  • Statistic Period: by default, the bills are shown by billing cycle (month).

[5] Show Graph

  • By default, the chart displays bills incurred for the previous six months by product.

  • You can show the statistics by account or cost center.
