Prerequisites for establishing trusteeship
Your Alibaba Cloud account must have an enterprise name and an enabled credit control identity. If your credit control identity is not enabled, contact your account manager to activate it.
Your Alibaba Cloud account cannot invite an account that is already in a financial relationship. You also cannot invite distributor and virtual carrier accounts.
The enterprise name of your Alibaba Cloud account and the linked account must be identical.
You cannot invite an account with overdue payments. The linked account's Available Credit must be 0 or greater. Also, ensure the linked account does not have any of the following:
Unpaid orders or orders awaiting payment
Active or pending renewals
Active or pending temporary upgrades
Establish a trusteeship
Sign in to your Management Account and navigate to the Account Linking page. Click Invite Account.

In the dialog box that appears, enter the ID of the account you want to invite, set a name, and click Next.

Select Trusteeship as the settlement policy, select the confirmation checkbox, and click Next.

A success message appears after the invitation is sent.

The invited user will receive an email invitation. To accept, they must sign in to the Expenses and Costs Console, navigate to Enterprise Finance > Linked Accounts, and accept the invitation. The trusteeship is established once the invitation is accepted.
Prerequisites for removing a trusteeship
The linked account must not have any overdue payments.
The linked account must not have any unpaid orders, orders awaiting payment, or active or pending orders for renewals with specification change or temporary upgrades.
The linked account must have a valid payment method on file.
Remove a trusteeship
On the Account Linking page, find the account you want to remove and click Unlink.

A confirmation dialog box appears.

Review the information, select the confirmation checkbox, and click Unlink to remove the trusteeship.
