Establish a finance trusteeship to manage billing for linked accounts, or remove an existing trusteeship.
Prerequisites for establishing trusteeship

Your Alibaba Cloud account must have an enterprise name and credit control identity enabled. If credit control is not enabled, contact your account manager.

Your account cannot invite accounts that already have a financial relationship, or accounts of the distributor or virtual carrier type.

The enterprise names of your account and the linked account must match.

The linked account must have no overdue payments and an Available Credit of 0 or greater. The linked account must not have:

Unpaid orders or orders awaiting payment
-
Active or pending renewals
-
Active or pending temporary upgrades

Establish a trusteeship

Log on to your management account and go to the Account Linking page. Click Invite Account.

Enter the account ID and a name, then click Next.

Select Trusteeship as the settlement policy, select the checkbox, and click Next.

A success message confirms the invitation.

The invited user receives an email. To accept, they sign in to the Expenses and Costs Console, go to Enterprise Finance > Linked Accounts, and accept the invitation. The trusteeship takes effect after acceptance.
Prerequisites for removing a trusteeship

The linked account must not have any overdue payments.

The linked account must not have unpaid orders, orders awaiting payment, or active/pending renewals with specification changes or temporary upgrades.

The linked account must have a valid payment method on file.
Remove a trusteeship

On the Account Linking page, find the target account and click Unlink.

A confirmation dialog box appears.

Review the details, select the checkbox, and click Unlink.
