This topic describes what happens when a payment for a Tablestore instance is overdue.

An overdue payment will cause the instance to be suspended, which puts your data at risk of being released. The system sends reminder notifications. Renew your subscription promptly to ensure service continuity.

Description

Pay-as-you-go

If your account has an overdue payment, the instance continues to run, and the system sends an overdue payment reminder.

Pay the overdue amount promptly. Otherwise, the instance will be suspended 15 days after the payment becomes overdue.

The instance is suspended, and billing stops, 15 days after the payment becomes overdue.

If you pay the overdue amount within 15 days after the service is suspended, the service automatically resumes, and billing starts again.

The instance is released 15 days after the service is suspended.

After the instance is released, its data cannot be recovered.
