This topic describes overdue payments in Tablestore and how to handle the overdue payments.
If you have an overdue payment, your instances may be stopped and data may be deleted. The system sends you a notification to remind you to add funds to your account. If you do not add funds to your account within a specific period, the system suspends or releases your instances.
Billing method | Consequences of an overdue payment | Description |
CU mode | If your account has an overdue payment, the instances run as expected, and the system notifies you of the overdue payment. | Add funds to your account at the earliest opportunity. Otherwise, the instances are stopped 15 days after the payment becomes overdue. |
When the payment becomes overdue for 15 days, the instances are stopped. | If you add funds to your account within 15 days after the payment becomes overdue, the instances are restored. | |
