To enable you and your team to conveniently access and utilize our enterprise-grade services through the official website console, please follow the instructions outlined in this document to complete the necessary configuration and usage setup.

A. You are the holder of the [main account].
Visit the Alibaba Cloud official website console to check whether the account is the main account.
1. Enter the group chat
Please contact your Alibaba Cloud TAM, add your primary account to the group chat, and grant you the identity of "group administrator". Once you join a group chat, you can use[WEB version group chat] Function.
2. Add other colleagues ([RAM account]) to the group
2.1 log on to the main account and enter the Resource Access Management (RAM) console.
2.2 grant RAM account permission
⚠After authorization, the RAM account has permission to access[WEB version group chat] Function.
Important
Use recommendations
Create a user group (for example, A) and add permission to the user group: AliyunDingTalkServiceFullAccess
If you need to grant this permission to other RAM accounts, you only have to add this account to User Group A.
Please refer to documents on official website Grant permissions to a RAM user
Select the identity to grant permission: [User], [User Group], or [Role]].
In the Actions column of the [User], [User Group], or [Role] list, click [Add Permissions/Add Authorization]. Search for permission policy: AliyunDingTalkServiceFullAccess. Select and confirm the permission.
2.3 Add [RAM account] to the group
⚠After adding [RAM account] to the group, the RAM account can join in [WEB version group chat] to see the service group.
Select the group chat, click the [Group Member Management] plug-in, and click [Add people].
If you find that you cannot [add people], you can contact your Alibaba Cloud TAM to grant you the identity of "group administrator.
Select the account type as Alibaba Cloud sub-account (RAM account) and enter the sub-account information you want to add to the group chat.
You can set the sub-account as:
Set as Administrator: The administrator has the permission to add other accounts to the group.
Join task group by default: If yes, the account will be pulled into the new ticket group by default.
B. You are the [RAM account] Holder
You are the owner of a RAM account (also known as a sub-account), if you do not have permission to access [WEB version group chat], please contact the main account holder of your account. Please refer to 2.2 grant RAM account permissions to grant you access.
