Connectors are used to connect systems such as CloudMonitor, Simple Log Service, code repositories, pipelines, cloud resources, and self-managed systems to Digital Employees. After configuration, conversations, long-running tasks, and data modeling can access these systems based on the identity and scope specified by the connector.
Benefits
-
Multi-system access: A single Digital Employee can connect to CloudMonitor 2.0, Simple Log Service, Apsara DevOps Codeup, Apsara DevOps Flow, GitHub repositories, GitHub Actions, and Alibaba Cloud resources.
-
Cross-region and cross-account: You can connect to workspaces or projects in regions different from where the Digital Employee is stored, and access authorized products and data in other Alibaba Cloud accounts.
-
Flexible extension: Environment proxy and custom MCP extension methods are provided to access systems and data in multi-cloud and on-premises environments, supporting both Internet and VPC internal network access.
-
Unified modeling: After connection, systems and data sources from multiple environments can be modeled in a unified way, automatically identifying cross-source relationships such as applications, infrastructure, and observability data.

Limits
-
A connector belongs to a single Digital Employee.
-
Each connector uses one set of access identities and can only access data within the scope authorized for that identity.
-
After creation, the role and connection target usually cannot be modified. To change them, delete the connector and create a new one.
