When you configure notification policies for uploaded certificates or free certificates, your quota for notification is consumed. If you configure one notification policy, your quota for notification is deducted by 1. If your quota for notification is insufficient, you cannot configure notification policies. This topic describes the billing rules for the notification feature and how to purchase the quota for notification.
Billing overview
You are charged for the notification feature based on the quota for notification that you purchase and the plan that you select.
The following table describes the billing details of the plan that you can select. The price varies based on the specification of the plan. The price that is displayed on the Certificate value-added service page shall prevail.

Uploaded certificate | No notifications are sent. If you want to configure expiration notification policies, you must purchase the quota for notification. |

Procedure
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Notification.
On the Notification page, click Purchase below Unused Notification Quota.
On the Certificate value-added service page, configure the parameters, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.

By default, Customized message reminder is selected.
Method of purchase
Only Purchase by package is supported.
Package
The quota for notifications. The unit price of a notification policy varies based on the specification of the plan.
Quantity
The number of plans that you want to purchase. You can purchase up to 100 plans.
Time
The default value is One year.
The subscription duration of the notification feature is determined by the validity period of the associated certificate. The maximum subscription duration is one year.
Expiration
The validity period of the notification feature is determined by the validity period of the associated certificate. After the associated certificate expires, the feature is automatically disabled.
