If the system prompts that the refund period of the order elapses or the remaining quota in the order is insufficient when you request a refund for a certificate order, this may be caused by the following reasons:
Your order was placed more than seven calendar days ago. In this case, you cannot request a refund because the refund period of your order elapses.
The certificate quota provided by your order is consumed to apply for a certificate. In this case, you cannot request a refund even the refund period of your order does not elapse. Before you can request a refund, you must cancel the certificate application or revoke the issued certificate. For more information, see Refund policies for SSL certificates and other services.
