Reset a private certificate authority (CA) to replace its configuration — for example, to update the CA subject information or switch to a new key. After the reset, re-enable the CA with the new settings.
Resetting a private CA permanently deletes all CA information and all certificates issued by that CA. This action cannot be undone. Only the remaining quota for private certificates is retained; the quota consumed by deleted certificates is not resumed.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A private root CA or private intermediate CA in Enabled status in Certificate Management Service
