SSL certificates that are purchased from the Certificate Management Service console at the International site (alibabacloud.com) have compatibility issues when the certificates are used in the Chinese mainland. Alibaba Cloud has closed the entry point to the Chinese Mainland region in the console.
After the entry point is closed, you cannot use the Certificate Management Service console to deploy certificates to specific cloud services. In this situation, we recommend that you download the certificates to your computer and then upload the certificates to the cloud services. For more information about how to download a certificate, see Download a certificate to your computer. For more information about how to upload a certificate to a cloud service, see the documentation of the cloud service.
We will continue to develop Certificate Management Service to enable direct certificate deployment to cloud services in the Certificate Management Service console at the International site (alibabacloud.com). We will make announcements when the deployment becomes available in the future.
