Dear Alibaba Cloud users,
To simplify the management of your SSL certificates across different regions, Certificate Management Service will consolidate all certificate data into the International region. This change is scheduled for the end of February 2022 and applies to certificates in the following regions: Chinese mainland, Japan (Tokyo), Australia (Sydney), Germany (Frankfurt), India (Mumbai) (decommissioning), and UAE (Dubai).
Effective date: End of February 2022
Impact:
This consolidation will not alter your existing certificate data. After the consolidation, note the following differences when you use Certificate Management Service:

Issued certificate | Not supported. You cannot view certificate details, download certificates, or revoke them. | You can deploy, renew, and revoke certificates, and manage CSRs and orders. For a complete list of supported features, see the Certificate Management Service console after the consolidation. |
Pending Application Certificate | You must migrate Pending Application Certificates to the International region in the Certificate Management Service console. We will provide detailed instructions for this migration in a future notice. | We will consolidate all Pending Application Certificates into the International region. You can submit a certificate application only in the International region. |
Certificate purchase | Not supported. | Supported. |
