API calls for signing, signature verification, encryption, and decryption consume your API call quota for the Certificate Application Repository. When the quota runs out, these API calls stop working. This topic explains how to check your remaining quota and purchase additional API calls before service interruption occurs.
How it works
When you create a Certificate Application Repository for the first time, Alibaba Cloud provides a free quota of 100 API calls. Each API call—whether for signing, signature verification, encryption, or decryption—uses one call from your quota.
The larger the package you purchase, the lower the price per call.
Check your API call quota
Monitor your quota regularly. Purchase an API call package before the quota runs out to avoid service interruption.
Log in to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Certificate and Domain Application Services > Certificate Application Repository.
In the upper-right corner of the Certificate Application Repository page, view the total and remaining API call quota.

Purchase an API call package
Log in to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Certificate and Domain Application Services > Certificate Application Repository.
On the Certificate Application Repository page, click Purchase Call Quota.
Select the package specifications and quantity, click Buy Now, and complete the payment.
Parameter Description Certificate Type The number of calls included in an API call package. The larger the package, the lower the price per call. Quantity The number of packages to purchase. For example, if you select a package of 1,000 calls and set Quantity to 2, you purchase 2,000 API calls.
After the purchase, the updated total and remaining quota appear in the upper-right corner of the Certificate Application Repository page.
