Due to changes in carrier pricing policies in some countries and regions, we will adjust the service coverage of the Global package.
1. Adjustment
The following countries and regions will be removed from the Global package:
Ascension Island, Afghanistan, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, Russia, Peru, Uganda, Chad, Algeria, Ghana, El Salvador, Qatar, Bolivia, Turkmenistan, Rwanda, Israel

2. Effective date
This adjustment will take effect at 18:00 on July 18, 2025 (UTC+8).
3. Notes
Global packages purchased before 18:00 on July 18, 2025, will retain their original coverage. Newly purchased Global packages will automatically use the updated coverage.
If your business involves countries/regions that are being removed from the Global package coverage, we recommend that you upgrade to the Global Plus package, which supports seamless sending to over 200 countries/regions worldwide.
