Thank you for choosing Alibaba Cloud SMS. Due to changes in the tariff policies of carriers in some countries and regions, we will optimize and adjust the service coverage of the "Global" resource package. The specific changes are as follows:
1. Adjustment details
The adjustment to the service coverage of the "Global" resource package will adopt a dynamic optimization mechanism:
24 new countries/regions will be added to the supported list.
15 countries/regions will be removed from the supported list.
The number of unsupported countries/regions will be changed from 57 to 48.

2. Effective time
This adjustment will officially take effect at 18:00 on March 19, 2025 (UTC+8).
3. Notes
"Global" packages purchased before 18:00 on March 19, 2025 (UTC+8), will continue to support the original service coverage. New purchases of "Global" packages after this time will automatically adapt to the latest service coverage.
If your business involves countries/regions that are being removed from the "Global" package, we recommend upgrading to the "Global Plus" package. This resource package supports seamless delivery to over 200 countries/regions worldwide.
