Refund policy for real-time downgrades
For more information about the refund policy for downgrades of bandwidth plans, see Request a refund for the downgrade of resource specifications.
If you want to downgrade SAG customer premises equipment (CPE) instances, SAG vCPE instances, or SAG app instances, submit a ticket.
Refund policy for SAG instances
If you release an SAG CPE instance, an SAG vCPE instance, or an SAG app instance before it expires, you can submit a ticket to request a partial refund. For more information, see Rules for unsubscribing from resources.
Refund policy for application acceleration bandwidth plans
Application acceleration bandwidth plans do not support refunds.
