    Simple Log Service:View dashboard versions and restore a previous version

    If you perform accidental operations on a dashboard when you modify the dashboard, you can use the dashboard version feature to view the versions of the dashboard and restore the dashboard to a previous version.

    Prerequisites

    A dashboard is created. For more information, see Create a dashboard.

    Limits

    • A maximum of 20 versions can be saved for a dashboard.

    • The versions of a dashboard cannot be managed by calling API operations.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the Log Service console.

    2. Go to the Edit page of the dashboard.

      1. In the Projects section, click the project that you want to manage.

      2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Dashboard > Dashboards.

      3. In the Dashboard list, click the dashboard that you want to manage.

      4. In the upper-right corner of the dashboard page, click Edit.

    3. On the Edit page of the dashboard, click the image..png icon.

    4. View the versions of the current dashboard.

      If you want to restore a dashboard to a previous version, find the version that you want to restore and click Restore in the Restore column.

      Important

      If you perform the restore operation, the selected version overwrites the configurations of the current dashboard. Proceed with caution.
