You can share Simple Log Service dashboards with the DingTalk accounts in your organization. The shared accounts can view the dashboard on the DingTalk mobile app or PC without a password. This topic explains how to share the dashboard and view it on DingTalk.
Step 1: Enable the DingTalk micro-application of Simple Log Service sharing
Only the administrator of the DingTalk organization can enable DingTalk micro-applications.
Log on to the Simple Log Service console by using your Alibaba Cloud account.
On the right side of the console, select
> Not Bound. Scan the QR code in the dialog box as the administrator of the DingTalk organization to enable the micro-application.
Step 2: Share the dashboard with DingTalk accounts
If you use a RAM user to create password-free sharing, you must grant the corresponding permissions. For more information, see Appendix: Grant a RAM user the permissions to perform password-free dashboard sharing.
In the Simple Log Service console, select the project that you want to manage.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Dashboard > Dashboards. Select the dashboard that you want to manage.
Click Share in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Then click Create in the Password-free Share section.
In the Create Password-free Share dialog box, set Access Control to DingTalk Account, and select All or specified DingTalk accounts from the DingTalk Account drop-down list. Then click Create and Copy URL. For information about other parameters, see Share dashboards or charts without passwords.
Step 3: View the dashboard
View on DingTalk
The shared DingTalk account can view the Simple Log Service dashboard on the DingTalk mobile app or PC.
On the Workplace page of DingTalk, find the All section, and then click SLS Sharing.
On the Password-free Share Management page, click View Details of the shared dashboard in the Actions column.
View in a browser
On the right side of the Simple Log Service console, click Password-free Share Management, and then copy the URL of the shared dashboard.
Paste the URL into the address bar of the browser.

View the name, creation time, and validity period of the shareable URL.
Click Copy URL to obtain the shareable URL.
Click Close to temporarily disable the URL. After you disable a shareable URL, you can click Enable to re-enable the URL.
Click Delete to delete the URL. After you delete a shareable URL, the URL is invalid.
Disable the DingTalk micro-application of Simple Log Service sharing
To disable the DingTalk micro-application of Simple Log Service sharing, select > Unbind on the right side of the Simple Log Service console.
