You can get a refund for unused SLS resource plans purchased within 7 days. Pay-as-you-go resources are not refundable.

Submit a ticket to cancel a resource plan. The plan must meet all the following conditions:

  • Purchased within the last 7 days.

  • Unused.

  • Not purchased through renewal.

Note

Self-service refunds are available for plans purchased within 5 days that remain unused.

Pay-as-you-go

Not refundable.
