Simple Log Service:Refund policy

Simple Log Service supports refunds for unused resource plans purchased within the last 7 days. Pay-as-you-go resources are not eligible for refunds.

Submit a ticket to cancel a purchased resource plan. The plan must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The resource plan was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The resource plan is unused.

  • The plan was not purchased through renewal.

Note

Self-service refunds are supported. If the plan was purchased within the last 5 days and is unused, use the self-service refund option.

Pay-as-you-go

Pay-as-you-go resources are not eligible for refunds.

If you no longer need Simple Log Service, release the resources based on your business needs. After you release the resources, billing stops. For more information, see How do I stop being billed for Simple Log Service?.
