Are unanswered voice calls charged? Are the follow-up SMS notifications charged?
A voice call is charged once regardless of whether it is answered. The follow-up SMS notification is free.
Are long text messages charged as a single message?
Yes. If an SMS exceeds 70 characters, it is split into two messages during delivery, but you are charged for only one message.
