Service quotas define the maximum number of resources that an Alibaba Cloud account can use, or the maximum number of operations that an account can perform. This topic describes the quotas of Classic Load Balancer (CLB) and their default values. This topic also describes whether the quotas are adjustable.
Quotas are set on a per-region or per-account basis. Quotas are categorized into the following types:
General quotas: the limits on cloud resources that are available to an account.
API rate limits: the limits on API calls that an account can make in a specific period of time, also known as QPS limits.
Privileges: the permissions of an authorized account to use advanced features.
CLB provides general quotas and privileges and allows you to adjust some quotas. You can go to the Quota Center console or Quota Center page of the CLB console to view or adjust quotas. For detailed instructions, see Manage CLB quotas.
General quotas
The following tables describe the general quotas of CLB.
