You can view the bills and usage for your Simple Application Server instances on the Expenses and Costs page to understand your spending.
Query bills
You can filter bills by different statistic items and statistical periods. The details include the billable items, usage, prices, and deduction information for the product.

Log in to the Expenses and Costs console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

Set the Billing Period, and filter by product for Simple Application Server to view the billing information.
Note-
You can click the
icon in the upper-right corner of the bill list to open the Customize Column Options dialog box and select which columns to display. -
To analyze your bills more easily, you can click the
icon in the upper-right corner of the bill list to export the current bill in the Export Billing Overview (CSV) dialog box.
Parameter
Description
Statistic Item
Groups bills by the specified category.

Billable Item: Groups bills by billable item. Costs for the same billable item are aggregated.

Instance: Groups bills by instance. Costs for the same instance are aggregated.
Statistical Period
Displays bills for the specified period.

Billing Period: Displays the bills for the selected billing period.

Day: Displays the daily bills for the selected month.
-
Details: Displays detailed hourly bills for the selected month.

Query traffic usage
You can download and view detailed hourly traffic usage for your Simple Application Server instances within a specific time range.
You can also use an API to query the data transfer plan usage for a specific instance. For more information, see Query the data transfer plan usage of a specific instance.

Log in to the Expenses and Costs console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

Click the View Usage Details tab and configure the following settings.
Parameter
Description
Time Period
Select the time range to query. You can query and export usage details for up to the last 12 months.
You can query usage only within a single calendar month. For example, if the start date is May 1, 2025, the latest end date is May 31, 2025. You cannot select June 1, 2025.
Product Name
Select Simple Application Server .
Billable Item Name
Select Paid Traffic or Free Traffic.
Metering Specification
Select Simple Application Server .
Metering Granularity
Select Hour .

Click Export CSV.

On the Export Records page, wait for the export to complete.
After the CSV file is exported, click Download in the Actions column to download the usage details for Simple Application Server.
Note-
Traffic is measured in bytes.

You can filter the data by criteria such as instance ID or region.
The downloaded CSV file contains the following fields: User account, Source, SWAS, Start time, End time, Instance ID, Total traffic, Paid traffic, Free traffic, and Region.
