This topic describes how to query delivery reports in the Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service (SMS) console.
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On the Delivery Report page, you can view the delivery reports. You can also query delivery reports by mobile phone number, date, status, country or region, sender ID, or time zone.
Note
You can query the delivery reports of the last six months. If you need to query delivery reports generated more than six months ago, we recommend that you export these records.
Click Generate Report to submit an application. After the application is approved, click View Exported Reports to export delivery reports.
