If you require assistance with troubleshooting, you may need to authorize the technical support team of Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud to log on to your organization. This way, issues can be resolved more efficiently.
Procedure
Log on to the organization in which the issue that you want to troubleshoot can be reproduced.
In the upper-right corner, move the pointer over the personal profile icon and click Settings.
Enter Grant in the Quick Find search box and click Grant Account Login Access.
Select an authorization period in the Access Duration column of Salesforce.com Support. Note: You must select a minimum authorization period of 30 days for troubleshooting technical issues.
Click Save.
The technical support team of Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud does not need your username and password for troubleshooting. If you receive a call or an email in which your username and password are required, submit a ticket to contact technical support at the earliest opportunity.
When you submit the ticket, you do not need to provide information such as your username and password. If you have provided such information, the support team will inform you at the earliest opportunity to change your password.
