    Security Center:Security Center merges Web Tamper Protection and Core File Monitoring

    To continuously improve our service, Security Center will merge and upgrade the Web Tamper Protection and Core File Monitoring modules starting February 6, 2026.

    • Compatibility: Web Tamper Protection and Core File Monitoring will be merged into the File Tamper-proofing module. The new module is fully compatible with all features and APIs of the original two modules. Existing policies will be migrated automatically. No manual operations are required.

    • New features: The File Tamper-proofing rules will include the following new features:

      • Support for setting whitelists by username.

      • Control over specific file operations, such as write, rename, delete, and permission change.

    Timeline

    • 00:00:00, December 16, 2025 (UTC+8): Alerts for Web Tamper Protection and Core File Monitoring will be merged. New alert events will be available under Alert > File Tamper-Proofing Alerts. Historical alerts will remain in their original modules.

    • 00:00:00, February 6, 2026 (UTC+8): Rules will be merged and new features will be released.
