To provide better service, Alibaba Cloud Security Center will adjust the minimum purchase quantity and purchase step size for Cloud Threat Detection and Response (CTDR) log ingestion traffic and log storage capacity, effective January 14, 2025 (UTC+8).
Changes
The updated minimum purchase quantity and purchase step size for Cloud Threat Detection and Response (CTDR) are listed below. These apply to monthly billing.

Impact
Starting January 14, 2025 (UTC+8), users who have not purchased Cloud Threat Detection and Response (CTDR) must adhere to the updated pricing policy. Users who already own other Security Center products must also comply with the updated policy when upgrading to add CTDR.
For users who purchased Cloud Threat Detection and Response (CTDR) before January 14, 2025 (UTC+8):
You can keep your existing instance specifications when you manually renew or use auto-renewal.
When you upgrade or downgrade your Security Center order, you must comply with the minimum purchase quantity and purchase step size requirements, even if you do not plan to change your CTDR configuration. To proceed, manually adjust the purchase amount to meet both the minimum purchase quantity and the purchase step size requirements, or cancel CTDR when downgrading.
