Smart Access Gateway:Associate a CCN instance with a CEN instance

You can associate a Cloud Connect Network (CCN) instance with a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instance. After the association, Smart Access Gateway (SAG) devices associated with the CCN instance can communicate with the resources associated with the CEN instance.

Prerequisites

  • A CCN instance is created.
  • A CEN instance is created, or you plan to create one during this procedure.
  • The CCN instance is not already associated with another CEN instance.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAG console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click CCN.
  3. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the CCN instance is deployed.
  4. On the CCN page, find the target CCN instance and click Bind CEN Instance in the Actions column.
  5. In the Bind CEN Instance pane, specify the CEN instance by using one of the following methods, and then click OK.

    Existing CENYou have already created a CEN instance.Select a CEN instance from the drop-down list.
    Create CENYou have not created a CEN instance.Enter an instance name. The system creates the CEN instance and automatically associates it with the CCN instance.

    If you select Create CEN, the instance name must meet the following requirements:

    • The name must be 2 to 100 characters in length.
    • The name can contain letters, digits, underscores (\_), and hyphens (\-).
    • The name must start with a letter or a Chinese character.

Result

After the association is complete, SAG devices associated with the CCN instance can communicate with the resources associated with the CEN instance.
