Smart Access Gateway:Deice power failures

The SYS and RUN indicator lights on the Smart Access Gateway (SAG) device are both off.

Work through the following checks in order. Stop as soon as the device powers on.

Check the power switch

Make sure the power switch on the SAG device is turned on.

Check the power cable

Make sure the power cable is firmly seated at both ends.

Identify the faulty component

If the power switch and cable are fine but the device still does not power on, the power supply or power adapter is faulty. Use the cross-substitution method to determine which component is faulty:
