Last Updated:Aug 12, 2025

SAE enables you to monitor events for Kubernetes native applications, providing insights into the application runtime status and aiding in rapid issue identification.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAE console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Applications > Applications. On the page that appears, select a region in the top navigation bar and a namespace from the Namespace drop-down list, and then click the desired application name.

  2. On the Basic Information page of the target application, click Event Information in the left-side navigation pane.

  3. Optional:You can set event search filters and click the search icon to view application events as needed. By clicking the search icon, you can search for application events by keyword.

The search conditions are as follows:

    • Source Type: Includes Application (deployment), Application Instance (pod), SLB (service), Auto Scaling (horizontalpodautoscaler), Gateway Routing (ingress), and Application (CloneSet).

    • Event Severity: Includes Warning and Normal. Warning level events require attention.

    • Source Name: Select Source Name and enter the source name of the event, such as the application name or application instance name.

    • Event Cause: Select Event Cause and enter the cause for the event.

What to do next

After reviewing application events, you can undertake appropriate application operations based on the specific event details and your operational needs.
