The split bills of shared services, such as Alibaba Cloud CDN (CDN), Object Storage Service (OSS), and Internet Shared Bandwidth, include the fees of each shared item, such as the domain name, bucket, and elastic IP address (EIP). This topic describes how to view and export split bills.
Prerequisites
Service costs are allocated based on instructions in Use tags to allocate costs for shared services.
View split bills
On the Split Bill page in the Expenses and Costs console, view the fees of each shared item by cost center and tag.
The Split Bill page displays your billing data in a table. This table includes columns such as cost center, tag, product, billable item, and original granularity. The Bucket Name column breaks down the costs for each bucket.
Export split bills
You can export split bills in the CSV format to directly view fees by cost center in an Excel file, which is more efficient.

In the upper-right corner of the Split Bill page, click Export Billing Overview (CSV).

In the Export Billing Overview (CSV) dialog box, select Current List or All Items, enter the verification code, then click OK.

On the Export Record page, wait for the export to complete, then click DownLoad.

On your on-premises device, use Excel to open the downloaded bills, and use filter conditions or a pivot table to view the split bills.
For example, in the PivotTable Fields pane, drag cost center to the Rows area and Payable Amount to the Values area. This summarizes the total payable amount for each cost center.
