    Resource Management:Disable the control policy

    Disable the Control Policy feature to remove permission restrictions on folders and members in your resource directory.

    Impacts

    Disabling the Control Policy feature automatically detaches all control policies from your folders and members. The policies themselves are not deleted.

    Warning

    Disabling the Control Policy feature affects the permissions of all folders and members in your resource directory. Proceed with caution.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the Resource Management console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Resource Directory > Control Policy.

    3. On the Control Policy page, in the description at the top of the page, click Disable Control Policy.

    4. In the Disable Control Policy dialog box, click OK.

    5. Click Refresh to check the status.

      The feature is disabled when the Enable Control Policy button is displayed.

      Note

      You can re-enable the Control Policy feature by clicking Enable Control Policy. After you re-enable the feature, the system automatically attaches the FullAliyunAccess system access control policy to all folders and members. However, you must manually reattach other custom access control policies.
