If you invite an Alibaba Cloud account to join your resource directory but the invitee does not receive the invitation email, use the following methods to troubleshoot the issue.
Make sure that you enter the correct account ID or email address when you invite the Alibaba Cloud account.

If you enter an account ID for the invitation, the system sends a confirmation email to the email address associated with the account.
