Resource Management:Search for resources

Last Updated:Jul 22, 2026

Resource Center provides a centralized way to view and search your resources across different services and regions. You can view a complete list of resources in your Alibaba Cloud account or use filters to find specific ones. This topic describes how to view and export resource lists, search for resources with filters, and manage filters.

View a resource list

  1. Log on to the Resource Center console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Resource Center > Resource Search.

  3. View the list of resources in your account.

    • View a global list of resources

In the navigation tree on the left, click the Current Account node to view all resources in your account.

    • View resources in a resource group

In the navigation tree on the left, click the name of a resource group to view the resources it contains.

    • View resources not in a resource group

Some resources do not support resource groups. To view these resources, click the Not Support Resource Group node in the navigation tree on the left.

Export a resource list

In the upper-right corner of the resource list, click the 下载 icon to export the resource inventory of all resources under the currently selected node to a CSV file. To export the resource inventory for your entire Alibaba Cloud account, click the Current Account node in the navigation tree on the left to view the global resource list, and then perform the export. If you are exporting a large number of resources, the process may take several minutes to complete.

Search with filters

  • Filter by criteria

You can filter resources by resource type, region, and tag, either individually or in combination. For example, you can set a filter to find all resources in the China (Hangzhou) region that have the tag k1:v1.

  • Search for a specific resource

Search for a specific resource by its resource ID, resource name, or IP address. For example, you can search for a VPC with the resource ID vpc-bp1m6fww66xbntjyc****.

Manage filters

You can save filter settings to use again later. Saved filters can be modified or deleted.

Save a filter

  1. Set your filter criteria.

  2. Click Save Filter.

  3. In the Save Filter dialog box, enter a name for the filter and click OK.

If you modify a saved filter, you can choose Save to current filter or Save as New Filter.

  4. To apply a saved filter, click My Filters and select the one you want to use.

Delete a filter

To delete a filter, click My Filters, hover over the filter, and then click the image icon.
