Resource Management:Search resources

Last Updated:Jun 18, 2026

Resource Center lets you view and search for resources across accounts, products, and regions. With the management account of your resource directory, you can view a complete list of all member resources and filter results to find specific resources.

View resource list

  1. Log on to the Resource Center console using the management account of your resource directory.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Resource Center > Cross-account Resource Search.

  3. View the resources in your resource directory.

    • View the resources of all members in the resource directory

In the tree on the left, click the Root node to view the resources of all members in your resource directory.

    • View resources in a specific folder

In the tree on the left, click the name of a folder to view all resources in that folder.

    • View resources of a specific member

In the tree on the left, click the name of a member to view only that member's resources. You can then refine the view:

      • Click a resource group name to view its resources.

      • Click the Not Support Resource Group node to view resources that do not belong to any resource group.

    • View resources of the management account

In the tree on the left, click the Management Account node to view the management account's own resources.

Export a resource list

In the upper-right corner of the resource list, click the 下载 icon to export all resources under the currently selected node to a CSV file. If you are exporting a large number of resources, the process may take several minutes to complete.

Search with filters

  • Filter by criteria

You can filter resources by resource type, region, and tag, either individually or in combination. For example, you can set a filter to find all resources in the China (Hangzhou) region that have the tag k1:v1.

  • Search for a specific resource

Search for a specific resource by its resource ID, resource name, or IP address. For example, you can search for a VPC with the resource ID vpc-bp1m6fww66xbntjyc****.

Manage filters

You can save filter settings to use again later. Saved filters can be modified or deleted.

Save a filter

  1. Set your filter criteria.

  2. Click Save Filter.

  3. In the Save Filter dialog box, enter a name for the filter and click OK.

If you modify a saved filter, you can choose Save to current filter or Save as New Filter.

  4. To apply a saved filter, click My Filters and select the one you want to use.

Delete a filter

To delete a filter, click My Filters, hover over the filter, and then click the image icon.
