You can use the management account of your resource directory to specify a member in the resource directory as a delegated administrator account of Resource Center. Then, you can use the member to enable the cross-account resource search feature and search for the resources within other members in the resource directory.

Limits
You can add up to five delegated administrator accounts.
Add a delegated administrator account

Log on to the Resource Management console with your management account.

In the navigation pane on the left, choose .

On the Trusted Services page, find the Resource Center service and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the Delegated Administrator Account section, click Add.

In the Add Delegated Administrator Account panel, select a member.

Click OK.
After the delegated administrator account is added, you can use the account to perform the following operations:

Manage cross-account resource search, such as enabling the cross-account resource search feature and searching for resources.

Access the resource directory and the information about the members in the resource directory on the Cross-account Resource Search page.

Remove a delegated administrator account

Log on to the Resource Management console with your management account.

In the navigation pane on the left, choose .

On the Trusted Services page, find the Resource Center service and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the Delegated Administrator Account section, find the account to remove and click Remove in the Actions column.

In the Remove delegated administrator account dialog box, click OK.
After the delegated administrator account is removed, you cannot use the account to perform the following operations:

Manage cross-account resource search.

Access the resource directory and the information about the members in the resource directory on the Cross-account Resource Search page.
