Causes
The open source PostgreSQL community ended maintenance for PostgreSQL 10 on November 10, 2022. Continuing to run PostgreSQL 10 exposes your instances to unresolved security vulnerabilities and bugs.
Impacts
New RDS instances: Purchasing new RDS instances running PostgreSQL 10 is no longer supported.
Existing RDS instances: Alibaba Cloud no longer updates the kernel version of existing RDS instances running PostgreSQL 10. This means your instances no longer receive:
