Understand QwenWork Enterprise Edition plans and subscription options.
Overview
QwenWork Enterprise Edition is a paid subscription product for enterprise customers. Customers purchase and manage their subscription at the organization level. The Enterprise Edition consists of two parts:
Enterprise seats: per-person subscription entitlements. Each seat includes 2,000 credits per month.
Enterprise add-on credit packs: one-time purchased credit packs, valid for one year.
All credits (seat credits + credit pack credits) flow into a unified shared credits pool, which all members of the organization draw from.

Unified pool: Seat credits and credit pack credits merge into a single organization-level balance; members' consumption does not distinguish the source.
Deduction priority: Credits expiring sooner are consumed first.
Seat credits do not accumulate: Seat credits unused in the current subscription month are reset to zero when the month ends; they do not carry over.
Credit packs are managed per batch: Each credit pack has its own validity period; when deducting credit pack credits, the "first to expire, first to deduct" rule applies.

Adding Seats & Renewal
Adding seats (takes effect immediately within the subscription period)
Billing — prorated top-up for the remaining period
Newly added seats only pay for the remaining duration of the current subscription period.
Proration formula: price and granted credits are prorated by time.
The expiration of new seats is aligned with the main subscription (unified expiration and unified renewal).
Credit granting — prorated grant + unified refresh from the next period
New seats immediately receive a prorated grant of the current month's seat credits based on "remaining days / days in the current month", which enters the credits pool.
From the next subscription month onward, new seats are refreshed together with existing seats at 2,000 credits.
Interaction
Enter the number of seats to add → the top-up price and the prorated first-period credits are displayed → confirm → pay via Alipay → seat count and credits pool update in real time.
Example: a monthly period of 30 days with 10 days elapsed; adding 2 seats:
Seat renewal
Renewal methods
Manual renewal (default): the administrator initiates renewal manually before or after expiration.
Auto-renewal (optional): users can opt in; the payment is charged automatically before expiration per the agreed method, and can be turned off at any time.
Renewal rules
Renewal is billed by the current number of seats and the selected period.
Upon successful renewal, the expiration time is extended by one full period, and the seat credit refresh cycle continues accordingly.
If auto-renewal payment fails: the subscription switches to a pending-renewal state, a reminder is triggered, and expiration rules apply.
Purchasing Add-on Credit Packs
Tiers
Credit packs are available in multiple tiers: 1,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / custom.
Tier and quantity can be selected at each purchase.
Rules
Validity: one year from successful purchase.
Credits enter the shared credits pool immediately upon successful purchase.
Credit packs purchased at different times each have independent validity; "first to expire, first to deduct" applies when consuming.
Credits Pool & Credits Mechanics
Credits inflow
Seat credits: enter the pool on new purchase, seat addition, and each subscription-month refresh.
Credit pack credits: enter the pool immediately upon purchase.
Credits refresh (seat credits)
Unified refresh: the whole organization's seat credits are refreshed together at the subscription-month boundary; all seats refresh to
2,000 × number of seatsat the same point in time.Seats added mid-period: prorated grant for the first period, then merged into the unified refresh from the next subscription month.
Unused seat credits from the previous month are reset to zero at refresh (no accumulation).
Credits deduction
Consumption order: seat credits (current month) → credit pack credits (in ascending order of expiry).
Deduction occurs in real time whenever members use features that consume credits.
Low balance & depletion
Low balance alert: when the balance falls below a threshold (TBD, e.g., 10%), an in-app reminder is sent to the enterprise notification email and administrators, guiding them to purchase add-on credit packs.
Zero-balance blocking: when the pool balance reaches 0, credit-consuming features are blocked, and a dialog guides the administrator to purchase credit packs or add seats; overdraft is not supported.
Credits inquiry
Credits pool balance and composition (seat credits / credit pack credits).
Credit consumption details (time, member, amount consumed, remaining balance).
Seat credit refresh records, credit pack purchase and expiry records.
FAQ
QwenWork Enterprise Edition is activated and managed at the organization level.
Administrators can purchase seats based on the actual number of users, and manage seats, subscription status, and credits balance centrally in the admin console.
Each seat includes a fixed amount of credits per month; all seat credits and additionally purchased credit packs flow into the organization's shared credits pool, which is shared by members who have been granted Enterprise Edition access in the organization.
During use, administrators can add seats or credit packs as needed, and keep an eye on the credits balance, refresh times, and subscription expiration.
Seat credits refresh per subscription month and do not carry over; credit packs have their own validity. Actual prices, benefits, and validity are subject to the purchase page and the relevant service agreements.
