Quota Center:Delete quota alerts

Delete a quota alert when it is no longer needed, for example, after the quota for a cloud service has been increased. After an alert rule is deleted, you no longer receive notifications from it.

Delete a general quota alert

  1. Log on to the Quota Center console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, choose Alarm Rules.

  3. On the General Quotas tab, click Delete in the Actions column for the target alert rule.

    Note
    • An alert rule applies to a specific quota if its alert object is a quota ID.

    • An alert rule is global if its alert object is set to all general quotas.

  4. In the Delete Alert Rule dialog box, click OK.

Delete an API rate limit alert

  1. Log on to the Quota Center console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, choose Alarm Rules.

  3. On the API Rate Limits tab, click Delete in the Actions column for the target alert rule.

    Note
    • An alert rule applies to a specific API if its alert object is an API name.

    • An alert rule is global if its alert object is set to all API rate limits.

  4. In the Delete Alert Rule dialog box, click OK.
